About

Joshua Allen is a life-coach (life-navigator), writer, soldier, and spiritual mentor whose work explores the hidden world of the heart and the lifelong discipline of inner transformation. Drawing from years of military service, leadership, counseling conversations, and personal spiritual awakening, Joshua writes with a rare blend of clarity, compassion, and hard-earned wisdom.

He has served in the United States Army and Army National Guard for more than two decades, including deployments during the Global War on Terror and leadership roles guiding Soldiers through high pressure environments. These experiences shaped his understanding of human nature, resilience, trauma, and the deep need every person has for connection, purpose, and inner freedom. His military career taught him what Scripture has always revealed, that the heart is the true battlefield of life and that guarding it is both a responsibility and an art.

Joshua’s writing focuses on the intersection of psychology and biblical spirituality, helping readers understand the internal forces that shape their choices, relationships, and identity. His work emphasizes the importance of self examination, repentance, emotional honesty, and the rediscovery of one’s inmost being. Through stories, teaching, and practical tools, he guides readers on the journey of cultivating an undivided heart and learning to live from the wellspring of life within.

He is the author of The Wellspring of Life and other works that explore spiritual formation, human development, suffering, identity, and the transformative power of divine love. His approach is direct yet compassionate, blending the realism of a soldier with the tenderness of someone who has learned to return to the garden of the heart.

Josh lives with a deep commitment to personal growth, service, and the belief that every human being is capable of profound transformation when they learn to listen to the quiet voice within. Through his writing and mentoring, he hopes to help others restore what has been lost, heal what has been broken, and discover the life they were created to live.
