How to use: Rate each statement from 1 to 5

Scoring
Step 1: Add your scores for each section.

30 to 69: Trajectory at risk

You have strengths, but inconsistency or weak foundations are limiting your peak. Tighten structure and eliminate the biggest leak.110 to 150: Trajectory strong and rising
